Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of PunchAudioPlugins.com and the purchase of our products. Grit Factory itself — the software — is licensed under its own End User License Agreement, which governs if the two ever disagree about the software.
Who you're dealing with
The site and products are operated by Punch Audio Plugins LLC. Purchases are processed by Moonbase (moonbase.sh) acting as merchant of record — meaning the sale itself, payment processing, and applicable VAT/sales tax are handled by Moonbase, and their buyer terms apply to the transaction alongside these terms.
Pricing
Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout. Promotional pricing (like launch pricing) ends when we say it does on the site, and we may change prices at any time — changes never affect a purchase you've already made.
Refunds
Seven days, full refund, no interrogation. If Grit Factory isn't your sound, email support@punchaudioplugins.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. Refunds are processed by Moonbase to your original payment method. When a purchase is refunded, its license is deactivated.
Trials
The free trial runs 14 days with every feature enabled and requires a free account (and newsletter opt-in, which you can leave at any time after). When a trial expires, the plugin stops processing audio until a license is activated. One trial per person — please don't game it with multiple accounts.
Your account
Accounts are provided through Moonbase. Keep your credentials to yourself: activations, downloads, and license management all flow through your account, and you're responsible for what happens under it.
Our content
Everything on this site — the Punch Audio and Grit Factory names, logos, images, copy, and design — belongs to us. Enjoy it, screenshot it, tell your friends, but don't republish it as yours or use our marks to suggest we endorse something we don't.
The site, as-is
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is" — we can't promise it will always be online, error-free, or up to date. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us in the transaction concerned. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Your local consumer protections still apply where the law says they must.
